FaxRx signs a BAA on every plan during onboarding, before any document is sent or received. Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, kept in private isolated storage, and key account and sending actions are recorded in a chain-hashed audit log.
Does FaxRx work with my pharmacy management system?
FaxRx is standalone and does not integrate with pharmacy management systems. It runs in a browser tab beside yours, so there is nothing to install and nothing in your PMS to change.
