The Business Associate Agreement is signed electronically during onboarding on every plan - including the $15 Starter - before a single document touches the platform. It is not an upsell, an enterprise tier, or a phone call.
Receiving is unmetered
Inbound faxes never draw on your page balance. Every one arrives as a PDF in your inbox and can be forwarded to your email, however many come in.
Free number porting
Bring the fax number your prescribers already have. Porting in is free on Professional and Enterprise and usually completes in 5-10 days. Your number stays yours - port it out again whenever you like.
Month to month, no lock-in
No setup fee, no annual contract, no per-minute rounding. Cancel whenever you need to, and any prepaid credit packs you bought never expire.

Is the BAA really included on the cheapest plan?
Yes. The BAA is signed electronically during onboarding on every paid plan, starting with Starter at $15 a month. There is no compliance tier and no separate compliance fee.
Do faxes I receive count against my included pages?
No. Only pages you send draw on the monthly allowance. Receiving is unmetered, so a heavy inbound day never produces a bill.
What happens if I send more pages than my plan includes?
Extra pages are $0.08 each on Starter, $0.06 on Professional, and $0.05 on Enterprise. You buy them as prepaid credit packs you choose, so there is no surprise overage invoice, and unused credits never expire.
Can I keep my existing fax number?
Yes. Porting your number into FaxRx is free on Professional and Enterprise and typically takes 5-10 days. Your existing line keeps working until the port completes.
How many fax numbers do I get, and what does another one cost?
Starter includes 1 number, Professional includes 3, and Enterprise includes 10. Additional numbers are $4.99 a month for a local number and $9.99 a month for toll-free.
Is there a contract, a setup fee, or a cancellation fee?
None of the three. Billing is monthly, you can change plans at any time, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for.
